Parking and traffic:
The speed limit in Dreams Landing is 15 miles per hour. In the interest of safety, we ask that you and your guests observe this limit.
A large number of off-street parking spaces are available to residents and on street parking is permitted on one side of the road. The “no parking” areas are marked with signs and yellow curbs. Parking in one of these areas is illegal and invites a ticket from county police. There are no reserved parking spaces.
All vehicles belonging to residents must be registered with the community and display a parking permit.
Visitors parking in the common areas must display on the windshield a notice with the unit number where they are guests.
Parking of boats, trailers, campers or large commercial vehicles is not permitted in Dreams Landing.
