Governance

All condominium owners have a voice in the association and are encouraged to serve their community through active participation in decisions affecting their living environment.

Board of Directors: An elected, five member, Board of directors governs the condominium association. Each director is elected for a three-year term. Several committees made up of owners and residents, who oversee and advise the board in specialty areas and assist the board.

Committees: Finance (inducing long range planning), architectural, sewage treatment, landscape, recreation (tennis court, swimming pool, community room), fitness, marina, parking, safety and security. Since we are a small community of 56 units, there are many opportunities to serve on a committee.

Management: Day to day operation is carried out by our management representative at Brodie Management, P.O. Box 6829, Towson, Maryland

Brodie Management acts as our agent in securing and monitoring contracts for maintenance and improvements to the properties, and reports to the board of directors on matters requiring its approval.
