SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CONDOMINIUM

These services are provided by the association and are paid for with condo fees:

  • Building and grounds maintenance: the property management company maintains Exteriors and structural foundations. This includes brick retaining walls, back yard fences, parking lots and sidewalks. The property Management Company is also responsible for the care of landscaping, snow removal and lighting of common areas.
  • Insurance: “All-risk” insurance coverage including theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or other damage to the buildings, common area improvements, commonly owned contents, and association business liability is provided by the association.
  • Facilities: The association maintains the swimming pool, community room and deck, tennis court, bike room, dingy rack and board room.
  • Trash removal: A trash service is employed by the association and collects trash from the three bins twice a week. There are 2 dumpsters designated for recycling.
