RULES FOR THE DREAMS LANDING FITNESS CLUB

1. Use of the equipment in the fitness facility is restricted to residents of Dreams
Landing who are members of the Dreams Landing Fitness Club.

2. Members must be at least 18 years old and be listed on the Fitness Club contract
for their Dwelling Unit.

3. Each member must sign a waiver and release form acknowledging the potential
hazards of using the exercise equipment and holding the Condominium harmless
from any injuries which may result from use of the room and the equipment in the
room.

4. Each time the member uses the facility, he/she must sign in.

5. Members may donate equipment to the facility, provided the equipment is in good
working condition and is inspected by and accepted by the Fitness Club. Donated
equipment will be available for use by Club members.

6. Maintenance of purchased and donated equipment will be provided by the Club.
The Club will not be responsible for any permanent damage or unrepairable
malfunction of donated equipment.

7. The Club will be available for use from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
8. Members must respect the peace and privacy rights of the residents in the 1200
building.

9. Members may use audio equipment with earphones. Audio equipment without
earphones will not be permitted in the facility.

10. Other than water in plastic containers, there will be no food or beverages
consumed in the facility.

11. Club members will be issued a key and will enter the basement of the 1200
building via the back door.

12. Club officials will consist of a chairperson and a committee of at least three
members who will be appointed by and report to the Dreams Landing Board of
Directors.
