BOARD RESOLUTI0N

TO AMEND FINING PROCEDURES

WHEREAS, Article III, Section 2.(f.) of the By-Laws grant to the Board of

Directors the power of "Making and amending Rules and Regulations respecting use

of the Property"; and

WHEREAS, Article III, Section 2. (i.) of the By-Laws charges the Board of

Directors with the duty of "Enforcing by legal means the provisions of the

Declaration, these Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations and

WHEREAS, Section 11-109 of the Maryland Real Property Act grants to the Board of

Directors the power to "... levy reasonable fines for violations of the

Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the Council of Unit Owners,

pursuant to Section 11-113":

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors duly adopt the

following schedule of fines and application procedures:

SCHEDULE OF FINES

Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for a continuing violation and $25 per violation for non-continuing violations.

For each day that a violation continues, after notice, it shall be considered a

separate offense which may be the occasion for a separate fine levied as

provided above.
