Effective immediately, renter will pay rent monthly to property manager along with monthly Condo fee (please choose payment type) Rack Space Rental: $48 for outdoor or $96 for protected storage.

Each boat on the rack must have a sticker properly displayed on the right bow, exterior surface, and have Dinghy Rack Rental payment up to date. Failure to do so will result in removal of boat from the rack. 

Boats are stored on the dinghy rack solely at the owner's risk.
