Swimming Pool and BathHouse: The pool, located by the river, is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day on weekdays and weekends. Weather permitting, it may be open on weekends before and after the regular season.

 

Community Room and Deck: Located next to the pool, the community room is available to all residents during the summer months and can be reserved for private parties by arrangement. The adjoining deck is accessible year round and provides a scenic overlook of the Severn River and a casual meeting place for neighbors.

 

Bike Room: Located in the basement of the 300 building. The room is available to all residents and accessible through the back door next to the parking lot. All bikes should be locked to the rack with a personal lock.

 

Board Room: Located in the basement of the 800 building. The room is used for meetings of the board and committees.

 

Marina: Located on the river, the marina has 28 slips  which are licensed to some units. It is possible for residents to rent or buy a license from another unit. Annual marina and occupancy fees are charged to the licensees of the slips for maintenance purposes.

 

Dinghy Rack: “Dinghy” rack storage is available for rent to residents for dinghies, sail boards, shells and canoes. The dinghy rack is located in the Southeast corner of the Dreams Landing Condominium property, a few feet from the Severn. There is also a ramp to ease putting your boat in the river.

The dinghy rack storage consists of 12 assigned spaces outdoors and an additional 9 assigned spaces in a more weather-protected area. Use of the dinghy rack requires registration (link below) and an annual fee (paid monthly to Property Manager, along with Condo fee) of $48 for outdoor or $96 for protected storage. Unregistered or unpaid boats on the dinghy rack are subject to removal and disposal. All boats are stored solely at the boat owner’s risk.

Fitness Room: Located in the basement of the 1200 building, the fitness room was established in 1993 and is accessible through the back door next to the parking lot. It offers workout equipment including a universal weight system, sit-up benches, a Lifestep machine and two stationary bikes. Residents wishing to enroll should contact Brodie Management. A nominal fee is billed with the owners monthly condominium fee.

 

Storage Lockers: Located in the basement of the 300 building, a small number of storage lockers were added in 2008 and are accessible through the back door of the 300 building next to the SW parking lot. Residents wishing to enroll should contact Brodie Management to have their name placed on the waiting list. A nominal fee is billed with the owners monthly condominium fee. Storage Space Lease.
