Also, on this site you will find information describing the facilities and services provided by the condominium association as well as the privileges and obligations of owners and tenants.

The Dreams Landing Condominium Association is an organization of unit owners which acts as the governing body. The association exercises control through an elected board of directors. Appointed committees assist the board by making recommendations

All owners and residents are encouraged to maintain the buildings, grounds, and facilities through personal responsibility and by participating on a committee. By working with other area associations, Dreams Landing is committed to preserving our waterside environment of the Severn River and Chesapeake Bay. Our goal is to preserve the natural beauty of the community and provide a quiet refuge from the fast paced world around us.
