THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE BYLAWS

OF DREAMS LANDING CONDOMINIUM

 

 

            EXPLANATORY STATEMENT:  On or about June 26, 1975, the original Bylaws of Dreams Landing Condominium were recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County, Maryland in Liber 2767, folio 45.  These Bylaws were subsequently amended in accordance with a certain Amendment of the Bylaws of Dreams Landing Condominium recorded on or about October 17, 1989 among said Land Records at Liber 4950, folio 788 and a certain Second Amendment of the Bylaws of Dreams Landing Condominium recorded on or about January 2, 1990 among said Land Records at Liber 5000, folio 702.  The Council of Owners of Dreams Landing Condominium, by the affirmative vote of Unit Owners having sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) or more of the votes in the Council of Owners at a meeting of said Council of Owners duly held for such purpose, now hereby amends its said Bylaws as hereinafter provided.

 

            NOW THEREFORE as of the 16th day of November, 1990, the Bylaws of Dreams Landing Condominium are further amended as follows:

 

            Subsection (c) of Section 5 of Article V (captioned “Manner of Repair and Replacement”) of the Bylaws of Dreams Landing Condominium is hereby amended by deleting the existing provisions of said Subsection (c) and by inserting, in lieu thereof, the following language:

 

                         (c)        Manner of Repair and Replacement.  Except as may be otherwise approved by the affirmative vote of more than fifty percent (50%) of the votes in the Council of Owners, at a meeting of said Council of Owners duly held for such purpose, all repairs and replacements shall be substantially similar to the original construction and installation and shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner.  The method of approving payment vouchers for all repairs and replacements shall be determined by the Board of Directors.

 

The foregoing amendment shall take effect immediately.
