PARKING RULES
Acting on a recommendation received from the Dreams Landing Security Study Group and the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the Board of Directors has determined that, Effective November lst, 1981, all vehicles of residents will be required to display an identifying decal. This requirement, which has been adopted by many other communities in the County, has proven to be an effective, low-cost way of readily identifying the vehicles of intruders as well as a means for deterring their entry. The precedure for obtaining decals and the rules associated with their use are as follows:
1. Complete the registration card; a separate card is necessary to register each vehicle. (Cards may be obtained from Rusty Bergen, Unit 607, 410/224-0535, or from this Web site).
2. Return the card to Brodie Property Management or
3. Mount the decal on the left-rear (driver's side) bumper or lower left corner of the rear window of the vehicle.
4. When you sell or otherwise dispose of the vehicle, please remove the decal first. You must then register your new or replacement vehicle using the above described procedure.
5. GUEST: Please have your guests place a note in the driver's side front window stating "GUEST OF unit number"
6. Vehicles not properly registered and/or not displaying the required decal/guest pass may be towed away at the owner's expense.
7. Once again, these registration, decal/guest pass requirements are effective November lst, 1981.
