NOTE: The party may begin no earlier than 6:30 p.m. and all party activity must end by 11:00 p.m. Party clean-up must be over by 11:30 p.m. Exceptions to these timing limits must be approved by the Board of Directors. If your party overlaps times when the pool and recreation room are open for general community use, then you will have to share these facilities with residents and their guests during these times. The deck is open for community use at all times and, therefore, cannot be reserved for one's exclusive use.

Return this completed form to Ray Turner, Unit 603, with a check for $100.00 payable to Dreams Landing. The completed form and check serve as your reservation of your party and rain dates. The $100.00 payment is a deposit which will be returned to you after the party, if there is no damage and you do proper clean-up.

If you are using the pool there will be a charge for lifeguards. You will be informed of this charge and the means of payment shortly after you submit this application. This payment must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled party date. For insurance reasons, all guards must be employees of our pool management company.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule the party sooner than two hours before the scheduled starting time, all of the lifeguard charges will be returned to you. If you cancel between two hours before and starting time, half will be returned and half paid to the guards. If you cancel after starting time, the guards receive payment for the entire scheduled period.
